+2: Put a +1+1 counter on up to two creature you control. Cargof deals 1 damage to target creature player or planeswalker.
-2: remouve a +1+1 counter on target creature you controle then put a -1-1 counter on target creature you don't control
-8: Destroy target creature then Cargof becomes a creature with power equal to the number of loyalty counters on it.
