You gain a bonus +1 to your Dexterity and
Constitution while wearing this magical cloak.
It has no effect if your Dexterity or Constitution
are already 20 or higher without it.
Once per day, as a bonus action, you may speak
its Command Word "Speed" to gain a bonus +2
to your Dexterity Score, allowing you to exceed
the standard limit of 20 for 1 minute.
Afterward, you gain a point of exhaustion.
Requires Attunement.
