player who doesn't control Gus chosen at
random creates Hector Salamanca.
You can't roll the planar die.
At the beginning of each end step, if no one
controls Hector, planeswalk.
I won - Whenever chaos ensues, each player who
had a criminal die under their control this turn sacrifices a land. Each player draws a card for each creature that died under their control this turn.
