The first player to deal damage to another player
deals double damage until end of turn and at the
beginning of the next end step gets an emblem
with "If a source you control would deal damage
to an opponent or a permanent an opponent
controls, that source deals half that damage to
that player or permanent instead.
If a source would deal damage to you or a
permanent you control, that source deals double
that damage."
