Cat of Wrathnikai

Cat of Wrathnikai enters the battlefield with nine life counters on it. If it would be destroyed, instead remove a life counter from it and prevent all damage that would be dealt to it.
When Cat of Wrathnikai leaves the battlefield or when it has no life counters on it, return it to the battlefield under target players control other than yourself.
