Cataclysm of Sanity

Draw seven cards, then discard your hand. For each card discarded this way, choose a player. That player puts the top X cards of their library into their graveyard, where X is the converted mana cost of the discarded card. Each card put into your opponent's graveyard this way deals damage equal to their converted mana cost to that player.
