Whenever an opponent gains control of a creature you own, put a +1/+1 counter on Catra and discard a card.
As long as Catra has one or more +1/+1 counters on her, she has deathtouch.
As long as you have no cards in hand, Catra gets +2/+2 and can't be blocked.
