Caught Red Handed

When Caught Red Handed comes into play,
choose a card type (creature, sorcery, instant,
land, artifact, enchantment, or planeswalker.)
Target player reveals his or her hand and discards all cards of the chosen type. If target
opponent has no cards of the chosen type,
deal 3 damage to that player.
