Cauldron of Seeing

Whenever a creature you control dies, put two
eyeball counters on Cauldron of Seeing.
{2},{t}: Remove X eyeball counters from
Cauldron of Seeing. Then choose one:
-Scry X: (Look at the top X cards of your library,
then put any number of them on the bottom of your
library and the rest on top in any order.)
-Fateseal X: (Look at the top X cards of an
opponent's library, then put any number of them on
the bottom of that player's library and the rest on
top in any order.)
