and has: Durring your upkeep remove a counter,
pay{3}, exile a nonland card from your hand:
Choose a nonland card from your sideboard reveal
it, and put it into your hand. Skip your draw step.
When Cauldron of Transmutation has no
counters on it remove it from the game.
