{3}{b}{b}{t}: Put 3 Gas counters, divided as you choose, on enemy creatures. For every turn these are on a creature, permanently take away one toughness. Take these off after three turns. Only 6 Gas counters may be out at once under your control. Caustic, Destroyer of Life, is not affected by Gas counters.
