Ceaseless Chime

The phone chimes like a normal antique phone.
Whenever, a creature picks up the phone, they
will be cursed with a constant chime ringing
louder and louder each day. The target is
considered deaf after the third day. The ringing
will get so loud that no coherent thought can be
made after the fifth day.
