• Counter target spell, exile it instead of putting it into the graveyard
• Exile target nonland permanent with converted mana cost 3 or less
Whenever a spell or ability you control counters a spell exile it. You may cast cards exiled with Cebhan, Whisper Chaser and cast, you may spend mana as though they were any type to cast them.
