Celes

Runic-{t}{1}{u}: If a spell targets one of your other permanents you may redirect that spell to Celes, counter the effects of that spell and add a magic dampener counter to Celes.
Celes can't untap as long as she has a magic
dampener counter on it.
{p/u}{p/u}: Untap celes and remove all magic dampener counters on it add mana of any color for each
magic dampener counter removed.
Activate this only as a sorcery.
