Whenever you would draw or mill a card, switch between the piles in order.
Whenever a spell or ability targets your library, it targets each pile simultaneously. If the spell or
ability would have its controller choose a number
of cards, they choose only that number from
among those cards.
If a card would be put into your library, put it
onto the bottom of its respective pile instead.
Eminence — You draw an additional card any
time you would draw a number of cards.
