Celestial Alignment

When Celestial Alignment enters the battlefield,
remove all mana from each player’s mana pools.
Permanents other than Celestial Alignment can’t produce mana.
At the beginning of each player’s upkeep,
add a power counter to Celestial Alignment.
Then add {x}, where X is the number of power counters on Celestial Alignment.
Mana produced this way doesn’t leave
as steps and phases end.
All spells cost {1}.
