At upkeep: put a +1/+1 counter on [cardname].
If the number of genome counters on [cardname]
is greater than the number of genes attached to it,
sacrifice [cardname]. If there are X +1/+1
counters, destroy all mRNAs, and proteins
attached to [cardname] remove all +1/+1 counters
from [cardname], create a token copy of
[cardname], create a token copy of each gene,
retron, and plasmid attached to [cardname],
and attach those genes to that token
