At the beginning of your upkeep, if the number
of genome counters on [cardname] is greater
than the number of genes attached to it, sacrifice
[cardname]. Put a +1/+1 counter on [cardname].
If there are X +1/+1 counters, destroy all mRNAs,
remove all +1/+1 counters from [cardname],
create a token copy of [cardname], create a token
copy of each gene, retron, and plasmid attached
to this bacterium, and attach those genes to that
bacterium.
