drain dry: {1}{r}{r}{t} target creature gets a -1/-1 counter and Cell gets a +1/+1 counter
Metarmophosis: if there are 3 or more +1/+1 counters on Cell, first Form, exile it, search your library and Hand for a Cell, second Form and bring him into play.
