Celox, the Spreading Rot

When Celox deals combat damage to a player, for each player, choose up to one target creature that player controls. Put a rot counter on each of those creatures. (When a creature with a rot counter is dealt damage, tap that creature and put a stun counter on it, then remove the rot counter.)
