Stormlight 2 (For each other permanent you control with Stormlight, Celris can target 2 additional permanents with his abilities).

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you may tap or untap two target nonland permanents. You cannot target the same permanent more than once each turn.
{t}: Target noncreature spell in a graveyard gains Flashback until end of turn. You may spend mana of any colour to cast it.
