Whenever you exile a card from a graveyard
if it was a creature create a 1/1 black Shadow
creature token with "This creature is unblockable",
if it was a land create a Gold token,
if it was a none creature spell draw a card.
Cerbuan gets +1/+1 for each creature card in
exile.
