Cerebral Exchange

All players move seats to the person to your right.
Keep all cards on the field and each players hand
at the original players seat.
Each player now temporarily owns and controls
the persons field and cards they've moved to.
When Cerebral Exchange is removed from the graveyard, each player returns to their original
seats and keeps the current board state as is.
