Cerebroprimal Fluid's power and toughness are
each equal to the total number of cards in all
players' hands.
When Cerebroprimal Fluid dies, for each player, create a green and blue Ooze creature token with
"As this creature enters the battlefield, choose
target player" and "This creature's power and toughness are each equal to the number of cards
in the chosen player's hand." Each token targets
a different player.
