Whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery
spell, Cerenbrak gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
Whenever an opponent casts an instant, you may
copy another target spell a number of times equal
to the number of opponents you have. You may
choose new targets for the copies.
Whenever an opponent casts a red instant, copy it.
You may choose new targets for the copy.
