Cersai, Queen of Curses

While Cersai, Queen of Curses is on the battlefield, players enchanted with a Curse
take double damage from all sources.
When you cast a Curse, you may enchant up to
one other player with that Curse, then you may
search your library for a Curse.
As the shadows are cast on Innistrad, she is the
one who thrives on the chaos....or causes it.
