Certainty

{0}: Each player exiles cards from the top of their
library face up until a creature card is exiled. The player(s) that exile(s) a creature card with or tied
for the highest mana cost puts the last exiled card
into their hand and may have Certainty counter
any number of target spells. Shuffle all other
cards exiled this way into their owner's libraries.
Any player may activate this ability once and only during own turn.
