Certainty and pain

{1} - {5}: Once per turn when you make an
attack, you may add a bonus to both the
attack roll and damage equal to the
number of points consumed from the
Group power pool.
You can choose to use this power after
seeing the attack roll but before knowing
whether it hits or misses.
