Split second (As long as this spell is on the stack,
players can't cast spells or activate abilities that aren't
mana abilities.)
Each player reveals the top card of their library.
Then each player exiles X target creatures they control, where X is the revealed cards converted
mana cost. For each creature exiled this way, its controller creates a 3/3 green Elk creature token.
