Chain lightning strikes one object or creature then
arks to other targets nearby. The bolt deals
1d6/CL (max 20) to the primary target. After it
strikes, the bolt arcs to a # of targets equal to CL.
Each 2nd target must be within 30ft of the initial
target. Secondary damage is half the damage dealt
to primary target after saves.
