30. It then arcs to up to 2 secondary targets of your choice within a range of 2. You must pay 1 MP
for each target beyond the first (declare secondary targets before you roll to complete the spell). The primary target suffers 2d6 damage, while secondary targets each suffer 1d6 damage.
