Chain mail

Made of interlocking metal rings, chain mail
includes a layer of quilted fabric worn
underneath the mail to prevent chafing
and to cushion the impact of blows.
The suit includes gauntlets.
Heavy armor. 16 AC. Disadvantage on stealth
rolls.
