Chainer's Return

This game starts with Chainer, Returned from Insanity on the battlefield.
Chainer can't leave the battlefield until there are no loyalty counters on him.
Effects other than damage may not remove counters from Chainer.
If the Hoard library has no cards in it at any times, shuffle all cards that are owned by Chainer in exile and the graveyard into the Hoard library. (You win the game by destroying Chainer.)
