Chamber of Conviction
When Chamber of Conviction enters the battlefield, put a suspect
counter on each nonlegendary creature. You gain 1 life for each
creature that received a suspect counter this way.
{t}: Chamber of Conviction accuses, then if
there are ten or more creatures in exile that
were accused by it, exile it and all nonland permanents your
opponents control. Each opponent's life total then becomes 1.
