Whenever another Vampire enters the battlefield under your control, put a +1/+1 counter of Champion of the Parched.
He fed on every cobbler, tanner, and fool in the human settlements of Torrezon until they exiled
him with the other thirsters. Now he has more exotic prey to quench his thirst.
