If you were to mulligan, if Chance Cubes is
in your opening hand, you may reveal it and exile it. If you do, reshuffle your library and draw the same amount of previously-drawn cards. Then, during your first upkeep of the game, discard a card.
When Chance Cubes enters the battlefield, draw a card.
