Chance Filter

Whenever a player rolls a die, that players rolls two. This still counts as one roll. Then choose one of those die's results and flip a
coin. If you win the flip, the result you
chose is the result used for the roll. If you lost, the other result is used instead.
Unsanity (You may have two unstabilities if they both have unsanity.)
