Chancellor Scepter

{t}: Target opponent become your citizen as
long as Chancellor Scepter is tapped. At the
beginning of your combat phase, gain control
of a creature owned by the Citizen until end of
your turn and untap it. The Citizen may do the
same with you during his turn.
You may choose not to untap Chancellor
Scepter during untap phase.
