: Whenever you cast an Artifact spell, or an Artifact you control deals combat damage to a player, put a loyalty counter on Chandra, Forge Master.
-2: Put 3 +1/+1 counters on target Artifact you control. It becomes a creature in addition to its other types.
-8: Chandra deals X damage to each non-Artifact creature, where X equals the number of artifacts you control.
