Change of the dice

Dice second (player can't change, add or
remove dices when this spell is on the stack).
Reverse ALL dices. (All the dice used this
game are turned to their other side, as an
example if a player used 20-sided dice for their
life total he turn all his dice to their other side
the same is true for counter on creatures
et cetera)
