Change the Game: Go Fish

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, name
a card and an opponent. If that player has that card in their hand, add that card to your hand
and gain ownership of it. If that card matches a card in your hand, you may play both cards without paying their casting cost. If that player doesn't have that card in their hand, draw a card. If that card matches a card in your hand, you
may play them both without paying their casting cost.
