{1}, Discard a card: Put one infection counter on target permanent of each color of the discarded card. If this effect would put a fourth infection counter of any color instead exile all counters on that permanent, bury that permanent, then distribute the exiled counters to permanents in play distributing them as evenly as possible. Activate this ability only when you could play a sorcery. Any player may activate this ability.
