Changeling Cloak

This cloak stretches strangely and seems to absorb light while refracting back strange colors; this erratic shifting of light provides
+1 to AC. As a bonus action you may change
the shape and color of the cloak to mimic
other clothes, but losing the bonus to AC.
The cloak or clothes remain on your person
if you change shape or size, adjusting to the
new form.
