Channel the Moon

Exile Channel the Moon.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Channel
the Moon is in exile, put a scream counter
on it.
Remove X Scream counters from Channel
the Moon while it's in exile: Target
opponent loses X life and you gain X life,
then put Chanel the Moon on the bottom
of it's owner's library.
