Chaos

Whenever Chaos becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, copy that spell or ability. You may choose new targets for the copy.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, choose
a nonland card type. Reveal cards from the top of that player's library until you reveal a card of the chosen type, then cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then that player shuffles his or her library.
