Whenever a player would add "mana of any color" that player sacrifices that permanent.
Whenever a player adds one mana of the following colors, they add the mana color to the right instead (using ruwgb), as follows:
{b} --> {r}
{w} --> {u}
{g} --) {w}
{r} --> {g}
{u} --> {b}
