Chaos Corrupts

Creatures with Khorne's Blessing cost 1 less to
cast.
During each players upkeep, that player may exile the top card of their library and cast it
at any time during their turn. If they cast that card, they must pay life equal to its mana cost
in addition to it's mana cost. (They may only
cast the exiled card the turn they revealed it, otherwise it remains exiled.)
