Chao’s Domain of Chaos

Whenever a player casts a modal spell pick
one of the options at random, then flip a
coin if heads the spell resolves like normal, if
tails the spell does the exact opposite.

All spells with Chao or Chao’s in its name has hexproof from modal spells and instants.
