Chaos Gate enters the battlefield tapped.
{t}, Exile a card from your hand: Choose a card
at random you own from outside the game and
put it into your hand. Then if you own three
or more cards in exile, sacrifice Chaos Gate.
{t}, Return Chaos Gate to its owner's hand: Put
all cards you own in exile on the bottom of your
library in any order.
