Your commander has: "Whenever another spell or ability would have you roll a die, you may flip a
coin. If the result is Heads, double the result of the die roll. If the result is Tails, halve the result (rounded down).

Whenever another spell or ability would have you flip a coin, you may roll a D6. Flip the coin an additional number of times equal to the result on the die. Whichever side of the coin was flipped most often is now the result of the original coin flip."
